A Project Management / Engineering Firm seeks to engage the services of a qualified individual to fill the position of: Quantity Surveyor
Duties will include:
- Generating priced bills of quantities for buildings and civil infrastructure
- Management of procurement process for private dients
- Completion of tender evaluation reports for private and public sector clients
- Contract Administration services for projects in construction
- Onsite Resident Engineering services for specific projects
Qualification /Key competences include:
- First degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Onsite experience in contract management
- Proactive with the ability to drive processes to completion
