A leading Hardware Retailer seeks quallfied persons to fill the capacity of: Purchasing Officer

• Conducting product research and sourcing new
• Sourcing materials, goods and services and contracts and deals
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders,
• Coordinating with delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled

Qualifications:

• At Least 1 yrs work experience in a hardware
• Excellent interpersonal, human relations and Sound administrative and organizational skills
• The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment
• Team Player
• Must be Pleasant and Courteous
• Excellent networking and time management skills
• A Keen eye for detail
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Minimum of 5 CXC Subjects tertiary education will be advantageous
