OPERATIONS MANAGER needed for FOR UPSCALE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct plan and organize all the business on a daily basis
- Ensure and consistently deliver high-quality standards in all areas of the business
- Ensuring that all rules are followed
- Exhibit sound decision-making skills when dealing with customers as well as staff
- Train personnel to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to handle guest disputes and queries amicable and discreetly
- Handle sales, including food and beverage, reservations, showroom, special events, surveillance and guest service
- Be responsible for the overall integrity of the daily operations of the business
- It is important to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in business/ casino related field preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must have experience in the entertainment business
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
