position of MANAGER — RISK & COMPLIANCE.
Core Responsibilities
Function as the Nominated Officer for the organisation in accordance with relevant

Lead the Risk & Compliance team to ensure the organisation is compliant
Utilise the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (EAM) framework to assess and ensure adequate treatment of identified risks.
Build and implement risk management frameworks to manage risks relating to Fraud, Business Continuity and Data Protection.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, General Management or any other
Formal training in Compliance and/or Risk Management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of risk management tools and analysis.
Familiarity with software testing and documenting manuals.
Excellent time-management skills and a high level of initiative.
