Description
An insurance brokerage company Is inviting applications for the position of Life Insurance Branch Manager, Montego Bay.
Key Competencies and Special Requirements:
- Ordinary Long Term (OLT) and Equity Insurance qualification
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Life Insurance Sales Representative
- Proven strategic planning and developmental skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent reporting and oral communications skills
- Experience in Branch and Unit Management Skills would be an asset
- Tertiary level education preferably in management
- Must own/have access to a reliable motor car.
