Applications are invited from an organized and detail oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Coordinator.
Requirements
- Primary responsibilities will be to maintain and manage the inventory systems.
- Bachelor in accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of inventory processes and inventory management
- 3 years experience in similar position
- Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving abilities
- Familiar with inventory management software and Microsoft excel
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a proper inventory control system
- Prepare costing for finished and manufactured goods
- Responsibilities for quarterly stocktake exercise
- Manage stock levels by reconciliation and monitoring re-order levels
- Provide accurate analysis of product performance
- Print monthly inventory reports
