Worldnet Microfinance Limited invites applications for the following position:
DEBT COLLECTOR
- At least 5 CSEC/CAPE (Must include Math and English)
- Minimum of 1-2 years in collections experience;
- Must be able to multi-task and interact professionally with all levels of staff
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Increase the number of successful collections of outstanding debt
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Locating and contacting debtors to inquire of their payment status
- Handle questions or complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Update account status and database regularly
- Adhere to customer policies and procedures.
- Proven experience as Debt Collector
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
