The Meadowrest Memorial Gardens head office seeks to appoint a suitably qualified person for the position of Customer Service Representative.
Core Functions:
The Customer Service Representative enriches the position and image of the Meadowrest Memorial Gardens through courteous and professional service to customers and is responsible for the customer experience from initial contact and booking, through fo interment as well as post interment services
Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Interment industry ;
- Understanding of the use of technology and the internet in the industry
- Proficient in use of Computer Applications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-5 years customer service and administrative experience
