Micro Finance Company seeking individuals to fill the following position:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Purpose:

The primary role of the Business Development Officer is to acquire new clients and increase the brand awareness of the organization while building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
to achieve the sales objectives.

The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about the micro finance industry and its products.

Duties and responsibilities includes:

• Promote and sell our loan products to qualified prospects.
• Develop relationships with current and potential customers to secure new business and participate in promotional campaigns with a view to achieving assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and present credit approval requests to the credit committee.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in credit or sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle.
