The Council of Legal Education, Norman Manley Law School (NMLS) invites applications for the post of Assistant Registrar, Event Planning, Archive Management & Student Affairs
The job holder will offer support to the Registrar, primarily in relation to all matters connected to events planning and management, including graduation, students and staff matters and archival management. In addition, he/she is expected to proactively manage the Reprographic Unit, Receptionist and Driver, including setting and assessing individual objectives for direct reports, using the organisation’s Performance Management and Appraisal System.
At minimum, the incumbent should have the following qualifications:
- First degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or a related Field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Three (3) years’ experience in supervision or management and event planning.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and experience with other Microsoft Office Suite Programmes
