The Mico University College invites applications for the post of Administrative Assistant (ICT)
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programmes, isolates problem and escalates to the relevant technician and handle administrative request.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (HEART)
- Experience working professionally with Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Strategic Objectives of the Institution
- Knowledge of Customer Support best practices
- Knowledge of department and university policies, procedures, and practices with the ability to answer work related questions; and/or interpret and apply these guidelines correctly in various situations
- Computer Literate
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Comprehend and follow detailed instructions provided in verbal, written and graphic formats
- Customer-oriented
