Micro Finance Company seeking individuals to fill the following position: ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Purpose:
The Administration and Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Human Resource policies, strategies and programmes aimed at employing, retaining and developing a competent and committed workforce.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the approved Human Resources policies, strategies, programmes and related budget to promote a healthy, proactive and productive work environment.
- Act as an internal consultant on industrial relations issues, to include grievance processing, disciplinary action and separation.
- Monitor the organization’s culture to ensure it reflects the core values; supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee engagement.
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection and on boarding programmes ensuring consistency, transparency and fiexibility in the employment of best fits.
- Maintain employees' records and update intemal data bases such as punctuality and absentee report.
- Prepare and monitor HR documents such as employment contracts.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Industrial Relations or any related field. - Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
