Alliance Global (AG) Representatives conduct outbound outreach and interacts with Business Decision Makers to provide information in response to routine inquiries about marketed products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints by contacting Supervisors and Managers.

Compensation Salary + Commission Incentives (PAID In US Dollars)

  1. EARN Monthly $500.00 + Commission / Bonus Incentives
  2. EARN Commission / Bonus Incentives Up To $5000.00 
  3. Weekly Commission / Bonus Incentives Payments 
  4. Monthly Commission / Bonus Incentives Payments

Compensation - Additional Incentives

  1. $100.00      Monthly Bonus - Top Speed Fiber Access

Job Description: 

Tasks:

  1. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  2. Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services
  3. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  4. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  5. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or any planned adjustments.
  6. Determine charges for services requested or arrange for billing.
  7. Prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
  8. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  9. Resolve customer service or billing complaints by referring to the proper steps.
  10. Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems to supervisors, managers, and company leadership.

 Work Activities

  1. Discuss goods or services information with customers
  2. Respond to customer problems or complaints.
  3. Provide notifications to customers
  4. Refer customers to appropriate personnel.
  5. Promote products, services, or programs.
  6. Coordinate operational activities.
  7. Recommend packing or shipping methods.

Work Hours | 90 Day Probationary Period

  1.  Monday - Thursday              7AM - 9PM    - Required
  2.  Friday                                   7AM - 2PM    - Required
  3.  Saturday                              10AM - 2PM  - Required

Qualification and Requirements

  1. Remote Work Ability / Availability - Required
  2. Computer | Fiber Internet | Headset - Required
  3. Customer Service | Phone Sales | Soft Sales - Preferred 
  4. Strong English Speaking & Clear Communicators - Required
  5. Microsoft Word | Excel | Access - Preferred 
  6. CRM Software & Email Calendar Experience - Preferred 
  7. High School & College Graduates - Preferred 
  8. No High School & No College - Okay Based On Experience
  9. Minimum Age 18 years - Required
  10. Valid Government Identification - Required
