PASSENGER SERVICE AGENTS

The successful candidates should:

• Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in
• Be able to exercise initiative and sound judgment
• Have excellent customer service skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Be able to stand for long periods
• Have experience in an Airline Customer Service or
• Transportation Industry (would be an asset)
