Corporate Secretarial, Commercial and Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking to engage a paralegal with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in corporate secretarial, commercial and conveyancing related matters and who has and can demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• high ethical standards and a strong work ethic
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• legal research skills
• the ability to manage efficiently multiple tasks
• critical attention to detail
• the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
• computer literacy and skills in various programmes
