Description

Office Coordinator Required for Dental Office

The ideal candidate will assist with the daily front office operations to include completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with patients post treatment
  • Conduct Patient recalls
  • Work with Manager to develop systems/strategies to grow business
  • Monitor companies brand and online presence
  • Coordinate with suppliers
  • Produce reports as required
  • Monitor company telephones and emails

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferably Possess Driver's License
  • Willing to work flexible hours
