Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Client Adoption, Retention and Enrichment team in the capacity of: Digital Adoption & Migration Officer
Location: Kingston
 
 
As a Digital Adoption & Migration Officer you will:
  • Assist with driving user adoption of Sagicor’s technological assets by encouraging and enabling internal and external clients to increase usage as well as promote migration to more efficient channels to optimize the user experience.
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients to facilitate increased usage of Sagicor’s digital solutions:
  • Contact stakeholders to promote the acceleration of the digital transformation agenda.
  • Schedule discovery sessions with users and clients to encourage the digital first mindset.
  • Identify and develop strategies to determine target segments for improvement with adoption, migration, and channel optimization.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate user training and promotion for targeted applications.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption and migration and share insights to inform business strategies.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze data from targeted sources to compile required reports.
  • Develop clear and concise quick reference user guides for targeted solutions, frequently asked questions, and other knowledge-based material to support use of technological solutions.
  • Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management Studies, Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • A minimum of three years (3) working experience in a business environment.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.
  • Successful completion of the LOMA Parts I and II designation would be an asset.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • High level of confidentiality and flexibility.
  • Ability to prioritize and strong time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in the use of computer software packages such as word processing, spreadsheet and PowerPoint applications.
