RESTAURANT MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS
We are looking for bright, energetic, ambitious persons to fill Management and Supervisory positions.
Applicants must be able to:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Motivate, train and manage the workforce of between 30 and 40
- Work on shifts, any day of the week.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Managers
- Tertiary level Diploma or Certificate in Food Service Management or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Management or Supervision; OR a minimum of 4 OXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and English Language, with a minimum of 6 years experience as a Manager and /or Supervisor.
- 4 CXC or GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, with a minimum of
- 6 months experience as a Supervisor; OR 2 OXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and
- English Language with a minimum of 3 year's supervisory management experience in a
- Restaurant or manufacturing environment.
